Q: Are you able to dispatch my order to a freight forwarding address or a PO Box?

On receiving your order please inspect the items to ensure they have been received undamaged. Please make contact with us within 14 days of receiving your order detailing any damage, or defect and we will replace any damaged or defective items at no cost.

A: Yes, all products have a 12 month warranty from the date of the transaction.
Q: When will I typically receive my order?
A: Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of payment and with most items arriving within 5 to 12 days via our interstate freight partners.
